supportOur Price Promise Guarantee
During our sale events, such as Black Friday, Summer, or Autumn Sales, we offer a price promise guarantee. If you place an order during any of these events and we lower the price of a product within 15 days of your purchase (30 days for Black Friday), we will refund you the difference. This ensures you always receive the best possible price on your order!
All models purchased during our Sale Events qualify for our price promise guarantee.
Our website's base currency is USD ($). Any price drop in the base USD ($) price qualifies for a partial refund.
Prices in other currencies are automatically calculated based on the live exchange rate and may fluctuate daily due to forex variations. These fluctuations are not eligible for a partial refund. Only a price difference in the base USD ($) price qualifies for a refund. Additionally, price drops due to discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
If there is a drop in the base USD ($) price that results in a lower amount than what you paid for your model, we will refund you the difference.

We fully stand by the quality of our models and the parts we use. Every week, we receive numerous designs that we decide not to release because either the assembly process doesn't meet our expectations for a Toys Zone model or the required parts don't meet our quality standards. The models you see on our website have been thoroughly vetted by us and our partners. As mentioned, we are completely confident in the part quality and assembly experience they provide.
Our parts are sourced from various manufacturers based on availability and, most importantly, quality. We look forward to the opportunity to share our models with you!
The vast majority of our models (over 90%) include the manual in the box. Why do some models not have one? If you request us to launch a model you found online (designed by someone else), we assemble a part pack for it. However, since the model wasn't designed by us or our partners, you would need to obtain the manual from the original designer. This situation applies to about 10% of the models we offer, allowing us to respond quickly to customer requests.

In the very rare circumstance that your model is missing certain parts, please fill out our Missing Part Form and a member of the team will arrange the parts for you swiftly to get you back to your build as quickly as possible!
We collaborate with partners worldwide to find the quickest delivery method for replacements, ensuring you can continue your build. In most cases, you'll receive your replacements within 72 hours of your initial email.
Our models come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but one thing is certain: the manual will always be clear, detailed, and provide an engaging and immersive assembly experience. With this in mind, it's no surprise that even 7-year-olds have successfully assembled our 5200-piece model.
However, kids can't just jump into such massive builds without prior experience, everyone has to start somewhere. If it's their first build we recommend the following:
0-1000 parts: 6+ years
1000-2500 parts: 10+ years
2500+ parts: 12+ years

If you're paying via Bank Card(credit or debit) and your payment has been declined, most of the times it is either because there are insufficient funds in your account or your bank has declined the transaction.

Yes! Unique Toys Zone offers free international delivery on all orders through premium couriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and more.
Upon receiving your order, our goal is to have it packed and labeled within 24 hours. Subsequently, your parcel is sent to a distribution center where the quickest shipping method is chosen from a selection of reputable couriers, ensuring swift dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched from the distribution center, you'll receive an update containing your tracking code.
Absolutely not! Irrespective of your address and the parcel's origin, our distributors handle all fees. If you happen to be charged anything upon receiving the parcel, simply send us the invoice, and we will refund the amount to your original payment method. We believe in simplicity and transparency—no hidden fees here!
Upon placing your order, your parcel is prepared within 24 hours and sent to a distribution center, typically arriving within 1-3 working days. Our team at the distribution center selects the fastest shipping option to your address and ships out your parcel on the same day. Once picked up by the courier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and a link to track your order.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email after 4 working days since placing your order, please contact us, and we'll provide your tracking information manually.
Please note, for shipping services like DHL Express, it may take a bit longer for the parcel to reach the courier's distribution center and receive a tracking number. However, once dispatched, shipping typically takes only 24-48 hours, shortening the overall shipping time.

Once you receive an email titled "Your order has been picked up by the courier!", you can access your order page to view your tracking number.
If you've just received your tracking number, it may not show updates until it has had its first scan. In some rare cases , tracking updates may be delayed, and the parcel might arrive before any updates appear on your tracking link.
If more than 4 days have passed and your tracking number still isn't working, please contact our team at Contact, and they'll investigate the issue for you.
If the courier shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the courier immediately to inform them.
Then, contact us at uniquetoyszone@gmail.com, and we will obtain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address with you.
While it may seem obvious, please check around your property and with your neighbors, as the parcel is often left in a safe spot or with a neighbor.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after your order is placed or 7 days after you receive the parcel, whichever is later. If you wish to return an order, please contact us for the return details.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be returned in brand-new, unused condition. All part bags must be sealed and in the same condition as when you received them, and the product must be in its original, sealed packaging. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method.

If the parcel hasn't been dispatched to the distribution center yet, we can cancel your order immediately.
If your parcel is en route to or already at the distribution center, we will attempt to retrieve it and cancel your order. If retrieval isn't possible, you will need to return the parcel once it arrives.
If the parcel is already with the courier, we cannot cancel the order as we cannot recover the parcel. You will need to return it once you receive it.
In short - no.
If you've changed your mind about your order and want a refund, please accept delivery of the parcel and then ship it back to us. If you refuse delivery, the parcel will be held by the courier for a few days before being sent to a courier hub or distribution center, where it will be destroyed. The parcel will not be returned to us. In such cases, we cannot provide a replacement or a refund.

If we mistakenly send you an incorrect item, we will cover all return fees. However, if you change your mind about a purchase, you will be responsible for all return fees.
No, there are no restocking fees or anything similar. As long as your item is returned in brand-new condition, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. It's as simple as that!
